EALP

The EALP (Etuti Annual Leadership Program) is an initiative to bring our youth together to a village or region within our Homeland for a few days, to learn new skills, to practice teamwork and compassion, to help the community with a development project, to learn from one another and from the village, and to have fun. EALP participants are mainly youth from around our Homeland, but the program is also open to our international volunteers and partners. It is an all-encompassing multi-day event that has lasting positive effects on our youth, our villages, and our organization.
